What is the right time or Board meeting(preferably which month in line with audit) every year to get the form 274(1) (g) and 24 AA signed by the Directors of the company?

DURING THE PERIOD OF MARCH ENDING
For 24AA purpose last BM of March is the Best coz renewal must be done before expiry of term of notice.
