If the deductor files its TDS return for last quarter as on 15.5.2019 then its will be processed in 3-4 days and after processing employer/deductor generate tds certificate and give to employee. last date to file TDS return by employer is 31.5.19 . Your employer may not have filed TDS return ir may be other reason.
