Form_MSME filing
is this form applicable to companies having outstanding towards MSME? if there is no outstanding, whether to file or not?

Filing is required if balance or not
I think it is required to file only when the outstanding is over 45 days
As per MSME Act 2006 payment is to be made within 45 days irrespective of contractual agreement between buyer and seller of higher credit limit. And thus Anup’s view make sense.
