The charge of Rs. 6 crore is to be created of a private copmpany in favour of Punjab national Bank.. Now the properties which are to mortgaged with PNB were mortgaged with SBI before and the loan n all is repaid..but for it satidfaction of charge in Form 17 is not filed..
So can i file Forrm 7 and immedieltly Form 8 of PNB ..bkoz its urgent to file Form 8.
and the time limit for filing Form 17 is 30 days .if not filed within 30 days then ???

Form 17 is to be filed within 30 days of satisfation of charge. It is not filed in time so u have to go to CLB and ask for condonation of delay for for that u have to file form 61 with ROC.

Form 17 is filed in satisfaction of full charge but here only part of teh charge is satisfied n the part of teh property is release and charged in other bank..
S form 8 for reduction of charge in modifiation section wud be sufficient

yes that one is correct modification of charge and also obtain letter from bank in this regard.
ok so in my case Form 17 is not required rite...
