Please Suggest me....
Is form 3CA and 3CB will be issued only in Tax Audit ? OR will it be issued in Statutory Audit also ? If no Which Form Is Issued In Statutory Audit ?

yup..
it is in the time of tax audit.
Basically it is a form...
3CA- entity which is already audited in other law
3 CB-entity which is not already audited, therefore in 3 CB we have to comment on financial statement of entity as well apart of tax audit points
For statutory audit,as such no forms r available..these forms r 4 only tax audit...
In statutory Audit, Statutory Auditor Submits Audit Report under sec 227(1A) of the companies Act 1956
REFER INCOME TAX RULES AND FORMS FOR TAX AUDIT REPORT U/S 44AB PRESCRIBED TAX AUDIT REPORT IN FORM NO. 3CD AND AUDIT REPORT IN FORM NO. 3 CA AND 3CB FOR USE IN DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES I.E. BEFORE TAX AUDIT ALREADY AUDITED UNDER DIFFERENT ACT I.E. COMPANY ACT ETC.
