Form 32 is SPICE(simplified performa for incorporation of company) form for incorporation of company in short time with facility of New DIN upto 3 then CIN number with name reservation,
Some organizations also refer to form 32 ( old act form name) which is form Dir 12 ( current form) used for Appointment , Cessation or Change in designation of Director.
