Form 32 for Whole Time Director

yes according to me. Form 32 should be filed for every appointment and resignation for Directors, Managers and Company Secretaries whether its a pvt. co or a public company.

First Director means appointed at the time of Incorporation of Company.

and after Form 1A we need to file Form 1,18 & 32.

in this F 32 we give details of First Directors

Dear Deepak,

At the time of incorporation of the Company, you must have file the details of the Directors like Independent, Promoter etc.

Now you want to change the designation of the appointed first director from one category to the other one i.e. Whole time Director.

Therefore, in my opinion, you are supposed to intimate the Registrar of Companies in e-form 32 about the change in designation of that person.
