Form 32 applicability

Dear Professional Colleagues

Is there any requirement to file ROC form 32 in case of appointment of Assistant Manager (Finance & Admin.) in a unlisted public company.

If in case appointment done in a private company then ROC form 32 shall be applicable or not ?

Please guide me.

No such requirement in public or private company.
