Yes you can revise Form 2 there is no diff form for revising just fill the Form 2 and also attach Board Resolution for revising and show the mistake also

one another imp thing is that in Form 2 file coloum of Paid-up Share Capital after this allotment.

file it with previous paid up + now allotment

No need to do prescrutiny on our hand. In the process of MCA / ROC it will not create any problem but we have filled wrongly because we have not shown Premium Amount but its compulsory to show. So i suggested to revise it with above said procedure. I have suggested this because i have dont this.

So I can file the Form2 Revised with Share premium but it will increase the Paidup capital also kindly send me the whole process to be done in detail?

Firstly do Board Meeting and pass a Board Resolution for Revising Form 2. Authorize your Director, M.D., CS or Manager of the Comany for filling the Form

And fill the Form 2 as filled before but also add Share Premium Amount in its coloum.

Attach B.R + List of Shareholders (to whom u r alloting shares)

and file then pay fee to MCA

or you send me details of it I will fill the form and revert it to you
