I have filed Form 1A with ROC with Auth. Capital of Rs 1Lacs.
Now my client want to increase this Auth. Capital to Rs. 10 Lacs and add India in the Name of company.
Should I file the form 1A again with same name?
Please advice.

First understand if you want to start your company name with INDIA then min authorised capita is === 50 Lakhs
If you want to use the word INDIA within the name then min authorised capita is === 5 Lakhs
File fresh form-1A.
But the name is same for which I have already file the Form 1A.
Is it possible to file the fresh application with the same name:
Form already filed for name is ABC Pvt Ltd
Want ------------ ABC (India) Pvt Ltd.
Just file your form-1A again with the modified name. Attach an affidavit with the second form-1A regarding -- management and applicant of both form-1A same. Upload the second form 1A and wait for the ROC comment.
