Form 17 - How to identify Charge ID?

thanks but i am having a problem..

Our client is having Form 17 with ROC Seal that the charge is released....

The form is not on portal.... But at the same time, the charge is still appearing on the MCA portal...

So i want to know how the charge is appearing on portal if it has been released.

Your problem is not very serious.

You have 2 options:

1. Visit ROC personally with the certified copy of form 17 with proof of payment of ROC fee. Also present an application to update Index of charge on MCA site with necessary annexures in support of your contention.

2. Send the same application by post etc.

First option is more effective. When you visit ROC handover your application to the concerned person only and take acknowledgement. Follow up is also very necessary. One advise from now keep checking the status of your ROC work like form uploading etc.

If you are going to RoC ask the officer to put the request on urgent mode, if that the case then they will do the same on the same day and you can  file Form 17
