Form 10 E not uploaded at the time of filing return and Demand is raised U/s 154 whether Revise return is necessary or 10E can be uploaded directly without revising original return.

Better to revise it after uploading form 10E .......... but also reply to the demand 'to consider arrears as per form 10E'
