Form 10E Filing & Calculation

Dear CCI-ites,

Can anyobdy help me with the filing of Form 10E?

I want to FILE MY FORM NO.10E with my employer for AY 2012-13...When should I furnish it? Immediately? or Before the End of FY 2011-12? or Before the preparation of Form No.16 for AY 2012-13?

Please Help...

FOR F.Y . 2011-12 at any time during the year. ? do not you submit immediately - as your office has to arrive at the average amount to be deducted per month / quarter from your salary.
