We have a Home Loan from India Bulls wherein the Main Applicants are Individual and Co Applicant is Pvt Ltd company.... We would like to transfer the loan to other Bank.. But India Bull is asking for foreclosure charges as Co Aplicant is Pvt Ltd company... Kindly advise...
