I have exempted goods in stock like sujii and atta which are branded so after 1st July can I make 5% tax or exempt from gst?

You have to get registered under GST as normal trader.........
& declare the stock in trade as on date of appointment.
After which you can collect tax as per prescribed rate, on behalf of Government !!
