how much is exempted and how much is the taxable/

above Rs. 50 per meal is taxable to employee.....so its better to issue of Rs. 50 per meal only.... if its more than have to deduct tds on it and than issue.. as there is no FBT now.
exempt amount is not exceeding rs.50 per meal (i.e taxable amount only in excess of rs.50 per meal as reduced by amount paid by employee
