First auditor
By whom the first auditor be appointed in a company in which 30% & 20% paid up share capital is held by central government & IDBI respectively, keeping in consideration the provisions of section 619 & 619B. Pls pls reply

Acc to Sec 619 – the auditor of a government company Should be appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General.....
But this is not a government company...
