I wanna score 70 + marks in financial reporting (CA Final). and for past attempts i have been doing Padhukas book . but it is not possible for me to revise the book one day before the exam. Freinds i m thinking to buy PC Tulsians Sir book but i have never read this book before and also my concepts on consolidation and amalgamtion are not clear . One more and the most important thing that if buy this book now will i be able tocomplete the portion . Please reply
u do only praveen sharma , the track record show 80-90 mark paper of ca final come direct from the booku may check
i have checked and done that book u can do the whole book before exam
and for consolidation get praveen sharma DVD and see the magic , u will understand it very easy
But i dont have praveen sharma's notes and i m from mumbai and i guess it is in delhi

i am a big fan of TULSIAN sir's book..i followed it in pcc but in finals i took coaching from sir parveen sharma.
one thing which is special in tulsian sir's books is that every topic is discussed step by step which is easily understandable.
i know , self study is bit difficult for the chapters like amalgamation and consolidation..
but for self study tulsian sir's book is best.

mere collecting the notes will not help you.
u should try to collect parveen sharma sir's classes which are available in DVDs to clear your concepts.

this is my 3rd attempt & i have taken coaching from jk shah classes...
but last 2 attempt i got 36 & 39 & hence m following mp vijaykumar....
the biggest hurdle is time......
now, since revised sch vi is to be done, it takes min 1hr to solve amalgamation......
can anyone guide me?
