the Institute Publication clearly says that finance Act 2010 is applicable for november 2011 exam ....and amendments upto april 2011....but some of the authors say that finance act 201 is applicable too ...
Can youll jus give me an idea about this ?

and wat about notificationa from 1st april 2011 to 30th june 2011 .....ar they applicable ??

Finance Act 2010 is applicable as per Institute's Publications applicable for Nov-2011 relased by ICAI earlier.
Circulars or Notifications issued upto 30-04-2011 are applicable for Nov-2011 examination.
Amendments / Circulars mentioned in Final Gr. II RTP Nov 11 are applicable for Nov 11 exams or not.
Please clarify.
