Finance Act 2017 applicable from which FY ?

FY 2017-18 and in Income Tax Act terms it is known as previous year. Corresponding to this previous year the assessment year shall be 2018-19.

Yes... it's applicable from 1st April 2017. It's treat on FY 17-18 as AY 18-19...
