frnds plz help while fillin the exam form for final we have 2 give the last appearance details ... so I want 2 ask that in nov 14 I didnt attempted the exam but I had filled the form in nov14 and got my admit but I didn't appeared 4 the exam.. so what shall I fill in that area of exam form as when I checked my result of nov14 online then it showed not available. . plz help and in that area of last appearance they also ask wheher u failed or passd what to fill in that...

You should fiil the column with : FAIL

Yes. Agree with the above answer. It does not matter if you were physically present to write the exams or not. If you filled up the form you "appeared" in the exam . The attempt should be Nov '14, roll number should be as mentioned in the admit card and the result should be Failed.

Thnx frnds... or there is 1 mre optn to not fill that area only as its nt marked with astreik so shall I leave that last appearance unfilld as its nt mandatory to fill ..

You dont have to fill it. I have been in your position and didnt fill up that portion since I had not actually appeared in the exams. Only fill it when you actually appear for the exams.

Oops sorry I didnt read your above query(quoted above) properly. Pls ignore my immediately preceding post which is wrong. You will have to fill in May 2014 details alongwith the fact that you have failed since that was the previous time you actually appeared(Nov 2014 details shldnt be written coz you had skipped that attempt).

To sum up things, in the 'Last Appearance Details' part, pls always write details of the last attempt for which you had actually appeared for the exams(not the attempt for which you had registered). If you had not even once appeared for the exams prior to this attempt(the fact that you had registered for the exams umpteen no. of times is irrelevant here), then you can leave the entire portion blank.
