Whether I can appear in May 11, CA final exam, IF I clear My PCC Examination in Nov 10 and my articleship is ending on 19/01/2011

You can't appear in May 11 exam. You can appear only in Nov 11. This so because there is no provisional registration for Final Course now. The time gap between Registration for Final Course and appearing in exams are 9 months.

I hope U can. I know a friend who cleared PCC in Nov 2009 and his articles got over by April 2010 and he took up May 2010 Final Exam.
Since the time is short for Final Exam U need to work hard.
