Final attempt due date and registration of ca final

Hi  every one ...

my final attempt  will due  in may  2014 ,still now i couldnt clear my second group of ipcc.so if i clear ipcc second group in november 2013  exam will i be eligible for  writting the final exam in may 2014?.for  appearing  may exam is ther any last date for  registrartion for final?  please  healp me out from this dilema??i really wanted to know  my eligibility  for final examintaon  i may 2014...please rply
