My final result is short by 9 marks in aggregate, while Im subjectly pass, got ex. in IDT. Please suggest me whether rechecking is advisable or not?

put for rechecking as it is final. who knows what happens may be u can get through
Hi swetha, i think u have to recheck only 2 or 3 individual papers in which u r very much sure to accelerate the marks, recheck all is not an option. Thanks and Regards Suraj Pahuja.
Give all your papers for rechecking except IDT (since you have an exemption and do not want to risk losing it).

Good luck Sweta but I suggest you start preparing for November anyway. If something positive comes out of the rechecking then nothing like it, but don't pin all your hopes on it.
