I have filled itr upto FY 15-16, some how I could not filled itr for the FY 16-17 & 17-18
Can I file both now?? Can I file only FY 17-18 now??

Proprietor business income fy 16-17 Rs4 lac
17-18 rs. 5 lac
17-18 rs. 5 lac
If you received any letter from income tax department you must file both returns and also you will pay penalty for both returns
in casw of refund you can apply for delay condonation either wait ffor notice from it departmnent fron non filing or 142(1)
