I am trying to upload Form-8 for charge creation to ROC of my client. But after doing all procedure and attaching digital signature , in prescrutiny checking is is showing that your form is not upadated ...could you please help me...it's urgent

Wait till 13.04.2014. From 14.04.2014, under Companies Act, 2013 new e-form CHG-1 (for old form 8) will be available on MCA portal for upload.
