What is the time interval for filing TDS return - whether it is quarterly,hal yearly or yearly? Why is it necessary to file a TDS return and how does it differ from a regular tax return?

unless u file the TDS return, assesse.. from whom u have deducted tax wont be able to take Cr. of it.
