As per sec. 140(2) of the co.Act 2013 the auditor whohas resigned from the y shall file within 30 day a statement in ADT-3 with the company and the Registrar.ADT-3 is an attacment ,how it can be filed with ROC.Whether it can be filed as hard copy in the office of ROC ?

As per the circular 9/2014 dated April 25, 2014 issued by the MCA, till the time, some forms like ADT-1, ADT-3 etc.are not converted into E Forms, those are required to be filed as an attachment to some specific E-forms. In the same way, ADT-1 and ADT-3 where ever required are to be filed as an attachment with GNL-2.
