how to file form 10e. i received 9 months salary as arrear of year 2018 in financial year 2019-2020. should i deduct sli etc from gross incone. is medical rimbursement taxable?

Form 10E should be filed on or before filing relevant ITR.
Yes, medical reimbursement is taxable after introduction of standard deduction.
