Reserve Bank of India vide its circular dated 15-03-2011 has introduced Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets reporting by Indian Companies and discontinuation of Part B of form FC-GPR.

The RBI has issued a circular known as RBI/2009-10/445 AP (DIR Series)Circular No49 dtd 04.05.2010.
The said circular deals with FDI in India by foreign nationals.
Foreign remittance on account FDI is reported to the RBI by submitting Form FC GPR Part-A. The form must be supported by a certificate by a CA certifying the basis of valuation of shares and the only method allowed for the purpose of valuation is "the discounted free cash flow method"
Can any member provide the draft certificate as required ?
