No there is no change in provision of FBT
115WB (1) (d)
FBT for ESOP
Fair Mkt value to be taken on the date when it was granted to the employee.
CLARIFICATION
Amount of TAX RECOVERED from employee on FBT of ESOP shall be deemed to have been paid & employee will not get any credit for the same.
DUE DATE for filing FBT Return also
30th SEPT A.Y.
Sec 115 WB(2) L -
Festival Celebration - VALUE OF FBT : 50%
Plz note due date for nov 08 exam is 31st oct .
Whether maintenance of any accomodation in the nature of guest house (other than accommodation used for training purposes)
