hi with the help of scanners u can write and u can apear for the june 11 exam even if u didnt send before feb28.
dont worry.........if this is ur first attempt there is no need to submit response sheets,write awaited in ur exam form,even if this is not ur first attempt still no need,institute is lenient,i have appeared 3 times and not submitted a single response sheet,rest its upto u whether u want to take the risk as rules can be changed
