Extention to the validity of low/nil deduction of tax certificate

CBDT vide it's notification/order dated 31st March 2020 has given extention to the certificates in subject matter till 30th June 2020 which implies that the said certificates would be valid even for the TDS/TCS during April 2020 to June 2020 subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification/order. However, as per TRACES validity is only till 31st March 2020 and not for the 1st quarter of FY 2020-21. TRACES web-site still shows the validity of such certificates till 31st March. Help-desk also confirmed their interpretation over phone opposing my interpretation. E-mail reply is awaited. Can experts give their views please?
