Iam registered in Gujarat. Can I export my goods from Chennai Port or Maharashtra Port where I don't have any registration ? Mere exporting requires mandatory registration. ?
it should not be the intent of the law. pls help with provisions of the act on this transaction.

ya u can export from any port in India ... u have to obtain IEC and required to file LUT under GST if you export without GST payment
how much amount will take any consultant for IEC obtained. client is partnership firm.
