We are sending back one imported item for repair and subsequent reimport purpose. Do we require to write Export Invoice in absence of any realization and do we require to mention on the face that it does not involve RODTEP duty credit.
What will be answer if repair fails and importer gets back purchase price from foreign supplier. Does it entitle Rodtep duty credit.
