Plz advice us how can we leave composition scheme our monthly sale has been 75 lac.

Send application to Jurisdictional officer. This is the only way to opt out from composition scheme.....
Yes. You can opt out from composition scheme in Amendment section and also in "Opt out from composition scheme" option.
But, both options is not available now... After availability you can go to Amend...
Also you can try to file CMP-04 offline mode to your local Circle office. But, this availability is not confirmed. Bcoz, they don't have anything in online...
