What is the institute's guideline for availing exemption?

I scored 61 in audit in May 10 in Grp1. Hence i gave 3 papers and gt 78 in Law in Nov 10 though i couldnt clear the group.

For which paper will i get exemption in May 11 attempt :

1. Audit or Law or Both

or

2. Do i have an option to chose from either of the two.?

You can avail exemption for both the papers...

Once the exemption is availed, it can be availed within next 3 attempts...
