I have been 1.11L excess pension by Pune treasury by their mistake in fy 2018-19.
treasury had deducted income tax on it.
how claim the refund?
in fy 2019-20 they are recovering the excess paid.
Take a form 16 from Treasury or pension corrected statement and file revised return
