Excess leave related

I've completed my articleship in July 2023 of three years. I have filled form 108 for completion which is approved by RO. However I have to serve excess leave of 105 days. I wish to serve it under new principal. What is the procedure for the same please let me know? Does it require any form to be filled from current employer?

How to fill supplementary deed? And do I have to take permission from current principal for serving excess leaves under a new principal?
