exceptions to section 40(A)(3)
exception includes - payment made by neft/rtgs/debit card/ecs what does this exactly means is it be considered that way that section says that payment should be made by account payee cheque and demand draft includes these mode of payment too....??? please clarify the same...thanks in advance

that means payment can be done thru these modes too..
conclusiion amt is allowed to be debited in p&l a/c even the payment is made excess of 20000
payment made through RTGS /NEFT/ECS will be allowed in p& l a/c but not in bearer cheque or cash
