exampted housing loan
sir I have one housing loan date of 12/07/2015 I am end of the year exampted principal in 24(B) and interest in 80C but if I am sale before end of the year any assets financial year in that time I have already paid 5 instalment mean 1/04/2017 to 1/07/2017 in that case end of the year I have not assets so may I exampted this 4 emi or not

Whatever little I understood the query, let me say that........... there will not be any deduction available for this year, and any 80C deductions availed in earlier years will be added back for taxability, as you are going to sell the property before 5 years holding.
