Examination enrollment for professional

Because of some reasons I could not submit my registration form before 29th feb. and so as the local chapter advised me that I can submit the form later around 1st or 2nd March with a DD that should be dated before 29th february. I did the same but now when I am applying for Exam online, I am not able to apply for all four groups as it is showing my date of registration as 31/03/2012. Please help me and what can I do now as I want to appear for all four groups in December, 2012 itself. If I go for the physical form and opt for all four groups, will they accept it?
