Esic limit
Dear sir i have a big confusion regarding change in wage limit of esic from 15000 to 21000. ie applicable from 01-10-2016.
sir when i am filing monthly contribution in online esic employer login portal. and feeding gross wage more then 15000 then it show an indication that the wage is more then the esic limit. and problem is that after reading the article on google of change in limit i had already deduct the esic from the wage of such employees whose salary is more then 15000 & less than 21000. please tell me what should i do in this situation and also compulsory tell me that enhanced limit is come into effect or not. the indication show is given below

There was a draft notification dated 06.11.2016 regarding ESIC wage ceiling limit for Rs.21000 but there is no final notification. Even ESIC staff is also not aware about the final notification.
