A manufacturing company registered in Gujrat State and fall under ESI Act. Company also have branches in other states.
Is that ESI also deduct from the salary of the emplyee of other state where branch not having manufacturing process.

Rsic registration has nothing to do with mfring process. If the employee strength exceeds a certain limit then esic registration is mandatory.
