i have working in a pvt ltd company but i have not deducted any esi amount.
is it good for as a employee.
Check your salary amount against ESIC limit .. If your salary exceed the limit then no ESIC deduction..
It is the duty of the company to deduct and pay the employer and employee contributions in time. The salary criteria is now Rs.15000.if you are above you ll be excluded.
