Errors in service tax return

Dear All

We have Filed Service Tax Return on due date and while downloading the file report in pdf after filing there are errors indicated  namely the challan date and Numbers are not matching with their database since mistake was commited by me in filing the same but in the view status the return filed is not rejected by the system

My question is 

should I have to necessary file a revised return in this regard  or it can be left as it is ?
