Errors in service tax return

Dear All

We have Filed Service Tax Return on due date and while downloading the file report in pdf after filing there are errors indicated namely the challan date and Numbers are not matching with their database since mistake was commited by me in filing the same but in the view status the return filed is not rejected by the system

My question is

should I have to necessary file a revised return in this regard or it can be left as it is ?

You must be sure that no mistrake has been arise from your part to put challan CIN and/or amount in return .if all information field provide in quoted challan is correct, then it is only show for non upgradation of challan information till the date of filling return in CBEC database, I.e. you filling return on the same or next day of challan deposit.in this case you have better to revised your return after 2-5 days.
