use either internet explorer or google chrome for uploading any type of files on any site, since sometimes mozilla does not assist in the same.

I tried using IE. Iam getting an error message "Invalid Digital Signature Certificate. Pls retry"... Does anybody have overcome this error..

Need to check on below mentioned points.

  1. Whether the system date and time is correct from where the certificate is being used.
  2. Check if the certificate got expired.
  3. Check if the certificate has been issued with the postdate.
  4. Check DSC certificate updated in incometaxefiling site.

Check the above points and try to upload again. Incase the problem still persists then please get in touch with Income Tax help line for further assistance in this regard.
