i am trying to upload form 23B for f y 2013-14 but an error message is displayed as " Signature validation failed for Signature field for Practicing professional. The person is not authorised to sign on this field."..

Ask the professional whether he/she has registered their DSC on the MCA portal....if yes, then I think you will have to validate the same on the Form. |  |
DSC IS ALREADY VALIDATED... THEN ???
If you have already registered your DSC on MCA Portal then there may be 2-3 possibilities:
1. Check the membership no. in Form 23B, it may be wrong.
2. The DSC you registered with the membership no is different then it is affixed on Form 23B.
Check and correct it, it will solve your problem.
