Dear All,

           Please find the Screen shot of error pls guide me how to verify the same or valid the signature i import ca challan also



Error in registration of your Digital Certificate

Validation Error

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: 

Certificate is INVALID : 
Can not find trusted parent certificate.

First of all you have received difital signature from which company. I mean TCS, MTNL, etc. You have to download their trust chain then only the digital signature can work. And also load the CD if you had got with the digital signature.

SIR ,

WE HAV ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM. IT SHOWS THIS SCREEN AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Error in registration of your Digital Certificate
Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
 
 
1.       Digital Certificate is not issued in the name of the company.
2.       Your Name in the Certificate does not match with the Key Persons/Partner Member Information if filed earlier
3.       If you are filing the first return of the Company/Firm/Trust, you have to submit ITR-V only.
