eligibility for gst composition scheme
we registered in vat a pvt ltd. company & used to exup sales. now can we take gst composition scheme as in future we will not do exup sales. our past turnover is approx 40 lacs

and if yes what abt the stock purchased from other state
Being a dealer who have stock related to interstate purchase,you cannot opt Composition Scheme.After the disposal of such stock,you can opt it.
Thx if we deposit gst on balance stock. And any prob with past exup sales??
